1. How can I, as a tennis facility, create multiple/recurring reservations?

1. in the admin section of your facility move the mouse pointer to the field “Reservations” in the main menu and choose the option „Reservation table“
2. Click on „Reservation“ in the upper right corner and choose „ Multiple Reservation“ in the dialog box that will open. You can now choose between 2 options:

• a recurring reservation or
• a multiple reservation, that ends after a desired number of reservations

Recurring reservation:

• “Start” and “End”: Here you enter the time frame of the recurring reservation.
• “Recurring on”: Enter the week day(s) on which the recurring reservation happens.
• “Starting time, Ending time”: Enter the exact time of the recurring reservation.

Multiple reservation:

• “Start”: Here you enter the start date of the multiple reservation.
• “Ends after”: Enter the number of reservations.
• “Occurring on”: Enter the week days on which the recurring reservation happens.
• “Starting time, Ending time”: Enter the exact time of the reservation.

Attention: Should you enter e.g. {“Start”: 15^th of May 2015, “Ends after”: 3 reservations, “Occurring on”: Tu., Fr.}, three reservations will namely be created: on Fr. 15.5. / Tu. 19.5. / Fr. 22.5.

2. Enter the name of the reservation in the field “Short description” that will be shown in the reservation table. It’s recommended that you name the player(s), who will claim the reservation you have made. If you add the player names to the reservation under “Players (optional)”, it will be listed in the associated player accounts. You can choose if the complete price or individual price per reservation will be shown.
3. The reservation is created after you have confirmed it by clicking on “Make a reservation”.

2. How can I cancel multiple/recurring reservations?

The process is the same as the cancellation of the individual reservation. The only difference is that in the last step you will be asked if you would like to cancel only the one specific reservation or the whole recurring/multiple series.
