How can I answer a membership request?

As a facility administrator you will receive membership requests by GotCourts users that would like to be members of your club. You can answer these in a simple manner: In the main menu you will see a two-headed symbol to the right of the menu item “Settings”. If you click on it, a dialog box will appear, where you can see if any membership requests came in. If a membership request is pending you can answer it by clicking on „Add“ or „Ignore“.

If you click on “Add” you will be able to see all the details of the new member and also to assign him to the desired member category.
