How can I reset a user’s password?

In the player list you can find the link „ Reset password“ next to the basic information about each player. If you click on this link and confirm the details in the dialog box that will open, the player will automatically receive an email from GotCourts, containing his new login data.

If a player didn’t enter his email address, the administrator can change his password and inform the player about the new password in an appropriate manner.
