I want to use different settings for summer and winter: Where can I adjust this?

  1. Go to the category „Advanced“ in the left column under “Settings” and then click on “Seasons”
  2. Click on the white slider button "Seasons", to activate the option working with seasons.
  3. Set the type for the first (or current) season (winter/summer) and enter a start date at least (empty end date means = endless). Each time you can define the first / current and the following season. You will be notified in time, before the last defined season, so that you can define the next season again.

When you have defined the season you will need to configure all the settings for it. To this you must select this specific season in the header. Following details can be determined for a season: Courts, opening hours, prices, advanced settings, reservation permissions.

Please note: The first season you define will be “empty”. That means that it doesn’t have any settings. The following season takes the first seasons settings and each further season takes the settings from the last season of the same type (For example Summer 2015 from Summer 2014 und Winter 15/16 from Winter 14/15). This settings are applied automatically. The end date of the running season can only be changed if this doesn’t affect any active reservations. As long as you don’t define the first season, you can turn of the option “Seasons”. This will not be possible if the first season is defined. (Please contact our support). 

Add a new season

  1. Go to the category „Advanced“ in the left column under “Settings” and then click on “Seasons”
  2. Click on the orange button "New seasons" to add a new season.
  3. The season type (winter / summer) will be set automatically by turns (after summer → winter, after winter → summer). Enter a start date at least (empty end date means = endless). If there is a previous season of the same type the settings and the prices will be automatically taken from there, but they can be readjusted anytime.

Please note: As long as the new season doesn’t have any reservations it is possible to delete it.

 Delete a season

It is not possible to delete the current season. The following season can be deleted, as long as it doesn’t have any reservations. The steps to do this are the following:

  1. Go to the category „Advanced“ in the left column under “Settings” and then click on “Seasons”
  2. Click on the recycle bin on the right side and confirm the action.
