Where can I allow/disallow time frame for bookings for particular player categories?

1. Go to category „Booking permission“ in the left column under „Settings“.
2. Select the categories in the upper left corner for which you would like to set a restriction or click on the + button to add an existing category (the selected category will be marked in blue).
3. If you now click on a table field a dialog box will appear. Here you can add time intervals for particular courts and days on which the players from the selected category can make reservations. In order to be able to add time intervals you first need to delete the automatically applied time frame, which matches the standard opening hours for this court.

1. Click on „Save booking permission“ and you will see the made changes in the table.

Example: You would like to disallow reservations for the player category „Juniors“ on the courts 1+2 during the week from 18:00 - 20:00 in the evening:

1. Click on the + button an add the category „Juniors“ (It will then appear with the blue background, i.e. the category is selected).
2. Click on a field in the table and select courts 1+2 and all weekdays in te dialog box that will appear.
3. In order to be able to add particular time intervals you first need to delete the automatically applied time frame, which matches the standard opening hours for this court. Now select the first interval "Opening time - 18:00“ and click on "Add interval". Repeat this for the second interval "20:00 – Closing time ".

1. Click on „Save booking permission“ and you will see the made changes in the table.
