What are the waiting lists?

If a court is already occupied at the desired time, the players have an option to put their name on the waiting list for the particular reservation, where they will be notified via SMS in case that the court becomes available again.

In the admin section of your facility move the mouse pointer to the field “Reservations” in the main menu and choose the option „Waiting List“, in order to see which players signed on a waiting list for which reservation.
