How can I, as a private tennis club, enable reservations of my courts for non-members?

  1. Go to category „Booking permission“ in the left column under „Settings“.
  2. Click on the link „Allow reservations for non-members“ in the upper right corner (this category will then be shown in the upper left corner next to „categories“ with blue background. i.e. the category is selected).
  3. If you now click on a table field a dialog box will appear. Here you can choose courts and week days for which you would like to allow reservations for non-members.
  4. You can specify the booking permission even further by adding different time intervals.
  5. Click on „Save booking permission“ and you will see the made changes in the table.

Example: You want to allow reservations for non-members on court 4 from 10:00-14:00 during the week:

  1. Go to category „Booking permission“ in the left column under „Settings“.
  2. Click on “Non-Members”- Add category in the upper right corner (this category will then be shown in the upper left corner next to „categories“ with blue background. i.e. the category is selected).
  3. Click on „Court 4“ in the table and a dialog box will appear with „Court 4“ already selected.
  4. Select the weekdays Mo-Fr and add the time interval 10:00-14:00.
  5. Click on „Save booking permission“ and you will see the made changes in the table.
